As per the rules of the system, you may not have more than one account. If you do register for more than one account, they may be revoked.

Your e-mail address will only be used to notify when a game for which you have registered has started and in the case of problems with the BOUNCED system. It will not be used for BOUNCED advertising nor given to anyone else.

Your password will be encrypted on the server. However, it will be sent in plaintext over the internet. This is just as insecure as a standard telnet session over the internet. Do not use the same password that you use to protect important information or accounts. Your initial password will be e-mailed to you. You may change this password after you log in the first time.
